Two international training courses finished successfully

Under the framework of the good cooperation between the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) and Kyoto University-Japan, from 2005 up to now, two universities have continuously co-organized many workshops and training courses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city which attract the participation of hundreds of staff working for agencies and enterprises in the transport sector.

From September 24th to 26th 2014, two universities continued co-organizing two international training courses on:

Road Infrastructure Asset Management” to deal with infrastructure management in order to optimize the management, maintenance, repair, renewal during the management and operation of road infrastructure.

Transportation Planning” to provide deep knowledge associated with transportation planning, particularly focusing on transportation in cities.

Two training courses attracted 94 learners from agencies, enterprises in the field of transport, two of whom from Cambodian Institute of Technology, two from Kyoto University and one from Osaka University. These learners successfully completed two courses and were issued certificates signed by two universities. The participation of international and national learners confirmed the attention of agencies and enterprises to management, planning and maintenance of transport infrastructure as well as proved the correctness of the application to the fact in choosing the training topic and organizing successfully international training courses of two universities.
