Student Exchange with University of Arkansas at Little Rock, USA

With the aim to creating conditions for students to exchange both knowledge and culture, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock sent a delegation including 8 students and 3 lecturers to visit and meet the UTC students.

With the careful preparation for the exchange meeting, the students of the International Education Faculty (INED) of the University of Transport and Communications showed their outstanding art performances, being confident in English communication and information exchange. The students of the University of Arkansas organized a game attracting the participation of all students in the meeting hall, creating a happy atmosphere according to the style of students. In particular, the meeting was very meaningful for INED students to improve their English communication skills when they were in direct contact with American lecturers and students.

After the exchange program in the hall, lecturers and students of both universities had a friendly football match, chasing each other and ending with a 2-2 draw. Though all players were tired, they were very happy and excited to attend the Vietnamese student meal.

At the end of the meeting, the representative of the University of Arkansas lecturers wished to continue sending students to visit and meet the UTC students in the coming years.
