In the period from October 17th to 19th 2019 in Hanoi, The Radio-Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV), The IEEE Communications Society and the University of Transport and Communications successfully co-organized the 2019 International conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC 2019). This is an international forum for scientists of Vietnam and many countries around the world to exchange science and technology in the fields of Electronics, Communications and Information Technology.


With the aim of comprehensively improving the quality of existing training programs as well as creating many new training programs for students who are taught in French, in the morning of September 17, 2019, UTC and AUF signed a cooperation agreement on two projects "Improving the quality of the training program of Vietnamese-French Road Bridge" and "Opening a new master training program on construction, mechanics and materials”at UTC.


On September 17-18, 2019, University of Transport and Communications (UTC) organized a training course on "Project management in relation to quality management process" within the framework of the project "Restructuring research activities and research projects in relation to the quality process" (Structuration de la recherche et des projets de recherche en relation avec la dé marche-qualité), sponsored by the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF).


In the morning of May 2nd 2019, the Awarding Ceremony of the Medal “For the Cause of Education” to Prof. Hideyuki Murata from Japan for his great contribution to the educational cause of Vietnam in general and the educational development of the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) in particular was solemnly held at UTC.


In the afternoon of April 26, 2019 at the University of Transport and Communications (UTC), the Signing Ceremony for the MoA on IoT Training Program between University of Transport and Communications and Keysight Technologies Singapore (Sales) Pte. Ltd. was held.
