Thirteen training courses were held, attracting the attendance of about 500 learners who are the staff of management agencies, corporations, research institutes and universities. This year, there were 42 learners participating in the training course, including 26 learners from research institutes, universities and corporations like Hanoi Institute for Socio - Economic Development Studies, University of Transport Technology, Hanoi Architecture University, Transport Engineering Design Inc.-TEDI; 6 learners from Europe; 2 learners from Japan and 10 learners from UTC. After two hard-working days, the learners were issued the Certificate signed by two universities.
