Today, UTC-HCMC Campus is a prestigious research and training institution in the field of transport and communications in Southern Vietnam and it is an inseparable component of the University of Transport and Communications (UTC).

As of May 2020, the UTC - HCMC Campus has a total of 199 staff, including 139 lecturers with 3 associate professors, 24 doctors, 92 masters. Many of them graduated from prestigious domestic and international institutions. The Campus has been offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various modes of study: full-time, in-service, secondary degree, part-time.
