The University of Transport and Communications, with a rich history of 80 years of establishment and development, is one of the five key national universities in engineering and technology, and the only university in the country in the transport sector. The university has affirmed its position as a center for training high-quality human resources, and a prestigious address for scientific research and technology transfer in the transport sector as well as other key engineering and technology fields of the nation. With a multi-disciplinary, multi-field training system, a passionate and experienced team of lecturers, modern facilities, and an extensive network of domestic and international partnerships, the university always pioneers innovation to keep pace with the digital era and international integration. Over the past eight decades, the university has trained tens of thousands of engineers, bachelors, masters, and doctors—generations of intellectuals who are contributing day and night to the cause of national construction and development.

On behalf of the university, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hung praised the achievements of all graduating students, especially those honored with excellent and good degrees.

To achieve today's results, you have gone through a long and arduous journey. It included diligent hours in lecture halls, lively discussions with friends, internships at construction sites, and even stressful moments before every exam, major assignment, course design, or graduation project. There were times you were tired, confused, or even wanted to give up; but thanks to your persistent will, resilient strength, and aspiration for knowledge, you have overcome those challenges to be deservedly honored today. The degree you receive is not only proof of your intellect and youthful courage but also opens a new door on the path to a career and dedication to the nation. Today's success is not your effort alone; behind it is the dedication of your teachers, who tirelessly imparted knowledge, guided, and encouraged you. It is the silent sacrifice of your parents and family, who have always watched over, cared for, and supported your every step. And above all, it is the bond and solidarity of the university's teaching staff, who have created an environment for learning, research, and creation.

The excellent and good degrees you receive today are not only a recognition of your outstanding academic achievements during your time at the university but also a passport of knowledge for you to confidently embark on a new journey, affirm yourselves and Vietnamese intelligence, and contribute to your families, society, and the nation. Your achievements are a vivid testament to the aspiration to rise and the spirit of lifelong learning that the university always promotes, and they affirm the university's prestige and quality of training.

Ahead of you is a new, wide-open, yet challenging journey. You will face job pressure, competition, and the rapid changes of the digital era. But remember that these very difficulties and challenges will be a valuable environment for you to forge yourselves, cultivate your intellect, and nurture your aspiration to rise. No challenge is meaningless if you know how to turn it into an opportunity for growth. I hope that every graduate today will always keep patriotism and a sense of responsibility in their hearts. I urge you to be creative, dare to think, and dare to act, boldly initiating innovative ideas, turning your acquired knowledge into concrete actions and creative products, and technological solutions that lead to projects beneficial to the community. I believe that you—the excellent and good students of today—will become the scientists, entrepreneurs, and leaders of tomorrow, helping Vietnam develop rapidly and sustainably, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world's powers.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hung also thanked the parents for trusting the University of Transport and Communications as a place for their children to learn, train, and develop. He thanked the alumni and businesses within and outside the transport sector for accompanying the university's training mission. Finally, he expressed gratitude to the lecturers, staff, and employees who have wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to the cause of education, contributing their intellect and efforts to create generations of talented students.
