The Ceremony of awarding the Phase 1 Completion Certificate to Cohort 03 Students of the International Joint Training Program in Business Administration.
On August 15, 2025, the Faculty of International Education – University of Transport and Communications (UTC) held the Ceremony of awarding the Phase 1 Completion Certificate to Cohort 03 students (2022–2025) of the International Joint Training Program in Business Administration between UTC and EM Normandie Business School (France).
University leaders took commemorative photos with the Cohort 03 (2022–2025) students of the International Joint Training Program in Business Administration upon their completion of Phase 1.
After their efforts in completing Phase 1 at the University of Transport and Communications, and successfully passing professional written tests, interviews, and the admission interview conducted by EM Normandie Business School, the Cohort 03 students qualified to continue their studies at EM Normandie in France in the 2025–2026 academic year. This achievement is a source of pride for the students and also a joy for the University of Transport and Communications.
An overview of Ceremony
In his congratulatory speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoai Duc, Vice President, expressed gratitude to the students and their families for placing their trust in the University of Transport and Communications. This trust has been both a motivation and a great responsibility for the University’s staff and lecturers to remain dedicated to their profession, supporting future generations of students in overcoming challenges on the path to realizing their youthful aspirations. On this occasion, the University also shared with lecturers, parents, and students the positive feedback from EM Normandie regarding the academic performance of UTC’s Cohort 01 and Cohort 02 students at EMN, as well as EMN’s recognition and high appreciation of UTC’s training quality in Phase 1.

With the solid knowledge foundation gained at the University of Transport and Communications, the University believes that the upcoming journey at EM Normandie will open many opportunities for students to further assert themselves, achieve success, and become confident and competent global citizens.
