On March 29, the University of Transport and Communications organized a training course on diplomatic receptionist for managers and officials from units with functions of performing external reception.

At the training session, Mr. Nguyen Tien Cuong - Head of Operation Department, Center for Training and Retraining of Foreign Affairs Officers, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, exchanged, discussed, and gave practical guidance on image development in the foreign relations, techniques of arranging seating for guests, working and notes when serving diplomatic parties.
