Signing Ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) and EM Normandie Business School (EMN)

On May 17, 2025, the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) and EM Normandie Business School (EMN) – France successfully held the signing ceremony of a new cooperation agreement for the 2025–2030 period. This event marks a milestone in the relationship between the two institutions, aiming to strengthen and expand cooperation across multiple fields.

The signing ceremony is a testament to the long-standing cooperation between UTC and EMN, reaffirming their commitment to building a comprehensive framework for collaboration in academics, research, and cultural exchange. This agreement not only continues the development of the International Bachelor’s Program in Business Administration but also expands into International Master’s training and short-term international courses such as Logistics and University Management. These are key areas contributing to Vietnam’s sustainable development and digital transformation strategy.

The agreement will enhance the global position of both universities, while promoting innovation and sustainable development.
