From April 21, 2022 to April 25, 2022, the 4th International Meeting of Fraction Project took place at the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) to implement the project "Developing training programs for lecturers according to future orientation with innovative methods for the next generation of Asian universities”. The project is funded by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).

The meeting took place in both offline and online formats under the coordination of UTC and University of Science and Technology Wrocław (Poland), with the presence of 20 delegates representing the 12 member universities in the project from Poland, Germany, Spain, India, China and Vietnam.

The project aims to provide an opportunity to strengthen pedagogical capacity training for lecturers in an innovative way. Lecturers are trained and recognized for high-quality professional practice through developing training programs (1 year) with innovative teaching methods, improving pedagogical capacity in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0.

The project will enable faculty to respond to the increasingly complex, diverse and diverse educational and social environments by providing effective and innovative teaching and learning experiences in the classroom, in order to improve the training quality of lecturers.
